Caramelköpfli konv, 160 g
Morga Caramelköpfli: Für die Zubereitung wird zuerst der Caramelzucker in den Förmchen verteilt. Das Puddingpulver wird in 750 ml heisse Milch eingerührt und während etwa 2 Minuten unter ständigem Rühren leicht gekocht. Anschliessend die Masse in die mit Caramelzucker vorbereiteten Förmchen giessen und kühl stellen. Das Caramelköpfli gut gekühlt erst kurz vor dem Servieren stürzen. Ergibt rund 8 dl Pudding.
