Creme gebrannt: Für die Zubereitung den Inhalt in 5 dl kalte Vollmilch kräftig einrühren und mindestens 20 Minuten kühl stellen. Die Creme vor dem Anrichten nochmals kurz aufschlagen und servieren. Nach dem ersten Einrühren kann es vorkommen, dass sich der gebrannte Zucker noch nicht vollständig aufgelöst hat, kleine dunkle Punkte sind normal und lösen sich grösstenteils beim zweiten Aufschlagen.
