Natura Ei-Ersatz ist ein pflanzliches Pulver auf Basis von Lupinenmehl, das als vegane Alternative zu Hühnereiern dient. Es eignet sich hervorragend zum Backen und Kochen und kann in Rezepten wie Rührkuchen, Pfannkuchen, Waffeln, Nudeln, Gemüsegratins und Aufläufen verwendet werden. Eine Portion (7 g Pulver mit 30 ml Wasser) ersetzt dabei ein Vollei. Der Ei-Ersatz ist glutenfrei, sojafrei und frei von tierischen Produkten. Für die Zubereitung von Rührei ist er jedoch nicht geeignet.
