Arche Bio Apfelpektin - Pflanzliches Geliermittel für Fruchtaufstriche und Gelee.
- für 1.3 kg Früchte
Für Fruchtaufstriche Beutelinhalt mit bis zu 700 g Süssmittel mischen. Den Saft einer ½ Zitrone zu den 1,3 kg zerkleinerten Früchten geben. Alles zum Kochen bringen und 3-5 Min. unter ständigem Rühren köcheln lassen.
Für Gelee empfiehlt Arche 0,75 -1l Obstsaft mit 500 g Zucker und dem Saft einer ½ Zitrone.
