Die Hagebutten (Rosa Canina L. ) von Natur: Kraft: Werke® stammen aus zertifiziert biologischem Anbau. Das Hagebuttenpulver findet Verwendung als Zutat zum Frühstücksmüsli oder als säuerliche Note in Saucen und Dips. Es kann auch Eintöpfen, Suppen und Backwaren beigemischt werden, da das Vitamin C in der Hagebutte aussergewöhnlich hitzestabil ist. Zum Auflockern eines Brotteigs kann etwas Hagebuttenpulver und eine Prise Natron beigemischt werden.
