100% Bio Kokosfett von Naturata
Naturata Bio Kokosfett eignet sich besonders gut als Brat- und Frittierfett. In einer ausgewogenen, gesunden Ernährung empfiehlt es sich, Kokosfett nicht als einziges Fett zuverwenden. Da es nur wenige, für den menschlichen Körper wichtige essentielle Fettsäuren enthält, sollte Kokosfett mit anderen hochwertigen Pflanzenölen (z. B. Olivenöl, Sonnenblumenöl, Rapsöl und Leinöl) kombiniert werden.
Das Bio Kokosfett von Naturata wird aus dem Fruchtfleisch von Kokosnüssen hergestellt. Das Kokosfett stammt von alten, bestehenden Plantagen auf den Philippinen und wird direkt vor Ort verarbeitet.
