Morga Malzextrakt wird aus reiner Gerste gewonnen und dient als vielseitiges Pulver zum Backen und Süssen. Er kann den Zuckeranteil in Rezepten teilweise oder vollständig ersetzen und verleiht Speisen ein unverwechselbares, malziges Aroma. Besonders geeignet ist er für Müesli, Gebäck, Brot und Joghurt. Beim Backen empfiehlt sich die Zugabe von 2 gehäuften Teelöffeln Malzextrakt pro 500 g Mehl.
