Zubereitung:
Pudding: Pulver in 750ml heisse Milch einrühren. Während 2 Minuten unter
ständigem Rühren leicht kochen lassen. In kaltem Zustand er kurz vor dem
Servieren stürzen.
Crème: Gleiche Zubereitung wie Pudding, jedoch unter Verwendung von 1 Liter
Milch. Crème erkalten lassen, vor dem Servieren nochmals stark rühren. Zum
Verfeinern Schlagrahm beifügen.
