Die Bio-Tomatenpulpe von Alce Nero wird mit in Italien angebauten Tomaten hergestellt.
Die Tomaten werden im Juli, August und September geerntet und so verarbeitet, dass Geschmack, Aroma und Nährwert erhalten bleiben. Nach dem Waschen und Sortieren werden die Tomaten von der Schale befreit, in Würfel geschnitten und zur nächsten Produktionsphase überführt: nach der Zugabe von Tomatenmark wird das Produkt auf hohe Temperaturen gebracht, abgefüllt und pasteurisiert, um seine Stabilität im Lauf der Zeit zu gewährleisten.
Die Bio-Tomatenpulpe von Alce Nero wird ohne irgendwelche Zusätze hergestellt und auch nicht gesalzen.
